Flooring, rugs and lighting also change how roomy a path feels: a rug edge catching under a chair, or a dark corridor between tall pieces, can make adequate clearance feel tighter than the measurements suggest. Recheck once furniture arrives, since delivered dimensions can differ slightly from listings, and confirm details against the manufacturer's specifications.
