Information you send

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address and message. Your selected enquiry type, country or region, and any product or order reference you enter are included in that message. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.

How enquiries are handled

Messages are sent through our configured email service to the enquiries team. A successful submission confirms that the service accepted the message; it does not confirm that a team member has read it.
